There are way more ways to make money with NSFW AI than most people think. And almost none of them are the get-rich-quick thing you saw flexed on Twitter.
The real answer is less sexy: the people actually making money are not doing one thing. They stack a few income streams together.
Let me walk you through the real options, and where I’d actually start.
1. Run an AI influencer
This is the big one. You build a fictional persona and monetize her on Fanvue or Fansly with subscriptions, PPV messages, customs, and tips.
It is also the most work. It needs steady content and daily fan chat. Nobody tells you that part.

2. Sell image and video sets
You do not even need a full persona to start earning. Packs of AI sets, sold through a storefront, Patreon, or PPV, are their own income stream.

3. Affiliate income
This is the one people sleep on. You promote the tools you already use and earn a cut when someone signs up.

4. AI companion and chat
Paid chat, token top-ups, character unlocks. People who use adult AI spend on recurring interaction, not one-and-done purchases.
5. Sell models, LoRAs, and prompts
If you are good at training, there are marketplaces where people pay for character LoRAs, prompt packs, and models. You sell the skill, not your time.
6. Brand deals
Once your persona has a real SFW following, brand partnerships open up, same as any influencer.
So how much can you actually make?
I will be straight with you. Most people make very little, often under a few hundred a month.

Where I’d start
Do not try all six at once. Pick two or three that feed each other: an AI influencer, selling her sets, and affiliate links to your tools.
Get those running, then bolt on more over time. That diversification is the whole difference between the people who earn and the people who quit in month two.
