Yes. Fanvue lets you run a fully AI-generated account, NSFW included.

Very few of the big subscription sites say that out loud. The catch is the rulebook, which Fanvue changed in October 2026, so I went through the new version.

What Fanvue allows

Fanvue’s help center says it plainly: you can run a fully AI account. Your persona does not need to be a real person, and your face never has to appear.

Explicit content is fine, as long as it follows the Community Guidelines (the version I read is dated October 12, 2026).

You still verify yourself

People new to this often miss one part. Even with a 100% AI persona, you, the owner, go through ID verification (KYC).

Fanvue’s own words are that this applies “even if your face never appears in your content”. One identity can run up to 15 AI accounts.

The rules that get people banned

Label your AI content. Fanvue requires clear disclosure of AI media, like a watermark, caption, message or a note in the bio.

The AI label sits on the account, and Fanvue can apply it itself when its system detects AI.

Never claim she is a real person. When someone in the DMs wants to know if she’s AI, you tell them yes, clearly.

According to Fanvue’s help center, hiding it can even lead to refunds of what fans paid.

No real people without consent. Using a real person’s likeness needs documented consent and verification of that person.

A persona that looks a lot like a known face is asking for trouble. Make her your own.

Nothing that looks under 18. Fanvue says prompt text or disclaimers do not fix that.

If a character could look young, do not post it.

Breaking the rules can mean removed content, held payouts, cut earnings, suspension or a permanent ban.

What about the fees?

According to the 2026 Fanvue review on eCommerce Fastlane, the standard cut is 20%, with a lower 15% rate for new creators for a limited time.

Offers like that change, so check the current rate when you sign up.

My read

Fanvue is fine for an AI persona. Be open that she’s AI and you’re inside the rules.

Getting past the rules is the easy part, though. Making a character people pay for takes more work, and my three-step persona tutorial is where I’d begin.

The persona-to-first-sale process is what my NSFW AI money course covers, if you want it laid out end to end.
