Yes, but probably not the way you’re hoping.
OnlyFans allows AI content of you, the real creator who passed verification.
A fully AI persona won’t work here. Better to hear that now than after a month of setup.
The new wording
OnlyFans updated its Terms of Use in October 2026, and the new version applies from November 1, 2026.
Under the new terms, you can only share content that was “generated, altered, or enhanced” by AI if three things are true:
- It clearly features the verified creator.
- Fans can clearly tell it’s AI, with a tag like #ai or #AIGenerated.
- It follows the rest of the Terms of Service and the Acceptable Use Policy.
The old terms, from August 2024, only asked for the tag. The rule that the content has to show you is new.
Light editing counts too
Look at the wording again: “altered, or enhanced”.
So retouching, skin smoothing or AI upscaling on your own photos still counts as AI content. Tag it #ai and you’re fine.
When I’m not sure if an edit counts, I’d just tag it. Adding #ai costs nothing.
How to tag without ruining the caption
Put the tag at the end of the caption, where it still reads like a sentence.
Something like “sunday reset, AI touched up #ai” does the job and keeps the caption short.
Tag the post itself, every single time. A tag sitting in your bio or in a pinned welcome message covers nothing, because each piece has to be clear on its own.
Mixed a real photo with an AI background? Tag it anyway, because a background swap is an alteration and the wording covers altered content.
What gets you in trouble
A fully synthetic persona. If the person in the content doesn’t exist, the content can’t “feature the verified creator”.
Someone else’s face. The Acceptable Use Policy bans explicit images of another person without their consent, and it says this includes AI-generated images.
Deepfakes and face swaps of real people fall right here.
OnlyFans also says it uses automated tools, AI included, to help moderate content. I wouldn’t count on slipping a fake persona past review.
Quick answers
Can I use an AI version of my own face? Yes, as long as the content clearly features you and carries the tag.
Does a beauty filter count? Treat it as AI editing and tag it, because guessing can cost you the account.
Can another person appear in the content? Only with their consent, and the Acceptable Use Policy says that includes AI images.
Do I have to say which tool I used? No, the rule only asks you to make the AI part clear, and the tag does that.
What if an old post of mine has no tag? Go back and edit the caption on the ones still earning, starting with your pinned and best selling posts.
Why the rule reads like this
The platform carries the legal weight for everything posted on it, and a verified human behind each piece of content is what keeps that manageable.
Read it that way and the line is easy to remember: AI can touch the pixels, the person in them has to be you.
Where a fully AI influencer fits
I wouldn’t try to sneak around OnlyFans. Pick a platform that accepts AI personas instead.
Fanvue lets you run a fully AI account. You verify your own ID, the account carries an AI label, and you never tell fans she’s a real person.
Haven’t built the character yet? My persona tutorial covers that part.
